Updating to a subsequent Eloquence version either requires an active
maintenance agreement (Software Update subscription or Base Line Support)
or purchase of the Eloquence Upgrade option.
The Upgrade option may be ordered up to four years from the purchase date
of the original software. After this period of time, a new license for the
full price must be purchased.
