• language: Fixed a problem with text based DLG user interface. Multiline edittext/listbox object reading its content from a file did not work as expected.

• database server: Fixed database server internal deadlock condition that could in rare cases result in a hanging server process (#4285).

  A deadlock condition was fixed in the database server cache management that could result in a (partially) hanging server process. A thread status (dbctl list thread or thread status dumped on shutdown) indicates a block in the mpool subsystem.

  This was caused by a potential lock ordering problem when a cache buffer was reused by a concurrent connection.

  This was also released as patch PE83-1903040

• database server: Fixed a problem affecting HP-UX 11.31 on PA-RISC hardware not recognizing some IPv6 connections as local connections.

• database client library: Disabled diagnostic message output each time a database server was contacted with a password. The library version was changed to B.08.30.02. This also affected database client utilities.

• language: Fixed a problem with eloqcore aborting when the window was resized on Linux.

• language: Corrected various problems using the (obsolete) runsrv method to connect to a dialog server.

• language: Corrected a problem attaching the IDE debugger.

• webd: Fixed a problem in the apache module to connect the eloqwebd.

• webd: Fixed a problem in the eloqwebd that caused a failure on connect.
