The following HP-UX patches are know to be required for Eloquence
B.07.10 on HP-UX. In addition to the patches mentioned below
additional patches may be required. It is recommended to install
the current HP-UX patch set.
HP-UX patches can be obtained from the Internet at the
HP IT Resource Center site (registration required):
In addition, HP-UX patches are available for download by anonymous
ftp from the HP ITRC ftp server at:
HP-UX 11v2 (HP-UX 11.23)
- Patch PHKL_32542
- For HP-UX 11iv2 (HP-UX 11.23) installation of patch
PHKL_32542 (libscall-pdk.a cumulative patch) or superseding is recommended.

HP-UX 11v1 (HP-UX 11.11)
- Patch PHKL_34926
- For HP-UX 11iv1 (HP-UX 11.11) installation of patch
PHKL_34926 (Buffer cache performance improvement patch) or superseding is recommended.

- Patch PHCO_34275
- For HP-UX 11iv1 (HP-UX 11.11) installation of a libc
cummulative patch, such as PHCO_34275 (or superseding) may be required.
Patch PHCO_29093 initially added the gethrtime call to the HP-UX 11.11 libc.
This call is used by Eloquence. If not installed, some executables will
fail due to an unresolved gethrtime symbol. A libc cummulative patch
should be present in any HP-UX patch bundle (recommended).
As an alternative you may choose to install any recent libc cummulative patch.
