HP Eloquence is now Eloquence
Marxmeier Software AG is pleased to announce that it has acquired
the HP Eloquence product from Hewlett-Packard.
Marxmeier Software AG has been responsible for the HP Eloquence
product development and back level support under contract with
Hewlett-Packard for the past 14 years. Marxmeier Software has,
in addition, been responsible for worldwide Eloquence distribution
since 1997. We have a long history of providing support and
services for partners and end users.
Marxmeier is fully committed to continue and further develop
Eloquence in the years ahead and providing support for current
and previous Eloquence releases.
Distribution & Prices
Ordering and distribution of Eloquence will not change. There are
currently no plans to change the Eloquence product pricing.
Prices for Software Upgrade Subscription (previously LTU) have been
simplified and are now 10%, annually, of the current list price for
the corresponding product option.
Support
Marxmeier Software AG will continue to provide support for current
and previous Eloquence versions.
In cooperation with selected support partners we extend our Eloquence
support offerings to cover additional languages and time zones.
Licenses, Update Licenses and License Transfers
Marxmeier Software AG honors all current HP Eloquence maintenance
contracts whether purchased from Marxmeier Software AG or HP.

All customers with a current maintenance contract are entitled to
update to new Eloquence versions.

In addition, anyone who purchased Eloquence on or after May 1, 2002,
is entitled to a free upgrade to the new B.06.32 or B.07.00 releases.

Marxmeier will continue to provide license keys (including license
transfers) for current or previous Eloquence versions, subject to
acceptance of the Marxmeier Software license terms.
