dbvolextend returns failure code: VOLE009?
Volume code VOLE009 indicates an inconsistent volume file set.
This might happen if you deleted your logvolume for some reasons.
If you intend to create a new log volume at a different location,
or with a different name, you will be faced with VOLE009. The
reason is that there is a reference to the log volume in the
root volume.
