What Linux Distribution should I use with Eloquence
While Linux is available free from the Internet, it is usually
installed from a distribution. A Linux distribution usually includes
a Linux system with all required components and additional tools.
This makes installing Linux easy and straightforward.
The following Distributions are in common usage:
Linux distributions are available in computer stores or book stores
or can be obtained by mail-order.
Eloquence has been verified with the SuSE Linux and RedHat Linux
distributions although it should work with other recent distributions
as well.

for details concerning required library revisions
and hardware requirements.
