Executing an HP-UX command with the 'COMMAND' statement results in error 170
Eloquence A.05.x uses a hard coded path for the shell (/bin/sh).
Beginning with HP-UX 10, the /bin directory does no longer exist.
When installing Eloquence A.05.xx on HP-UX 10.x and above you should
either install the optional "transition links" or make a symbolic link
from /usr/bin to /bin.
ln -s /usr/bin /bin
This is no longer required with Eloquence A.06.xx.
