How to obtain additional information on database volumes ?
When a database server is active, you can use the HTTP status capability
builtin to the eloqdb6 server. When the database server is not active, you
can use the dbvoldump utility to display additional volume information:
$ dbvoldump -c eloqdb6.cfg
ID Type Path
1 DATA /opt/tmp/db/mm01.vol
2 LOG /opt/tmp/db/mm02.vol
ID Type Cur.Sz Ext.Sz Max.Sz Free Used Flags
1 DATA 55.5 1.0 100.0 0.2 55.3
2 LOG 8.5 1.0 0.0 8.4 0.1
Please note, that this requires a patched dbvoldump utility which
is included in fixpack3.
You may also use the dbdumpcat utility to get
additional information concerning your Data Base Environment.
