I get a "Connection refused" when contacting the eloqsd server
Connecting the server fails with the error message below:
Unable to connect to server:
[10061] Connection refused
This happens, when the given port number is not in use on the server
system. This can have the following reasons:
- The server is not running.
- The server is using a different port number than specified.
Please verify, that the server and all clients use the same
port number and the server is running.
