Q:
When I try to start the Eloquence services I get an
"internal windows" error.

There are different possible reasons for this.
The exact reason should be pointed out in the
Application Event Log (Start Menu -> Programs ->
Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer ->
check 'Application' in the 'Log' menu).
Most likely you did not setup a database environment
yet. For details please refer to the
Eloquence database manual
