As of A.06.20 the schema processor understands multi-line
comments enclosed in << and >>.
As a consequence, the << and
>> comment delimiters must be properly
paired.
This is a behaviour change. Previous versions of the
schema processor considered all comments to extend to
the end of the line and simply ignored the remaining line.
This change was necessary to achieve compatibility
with HP3000 schema files.
