The error "The OTP52AS.DLL file is linked to missing export
OLEAUT32.DLL:421." occurs while installing Eloquence IDE.
The Eloquence setup program installs both the OTP52AS.DLL and
OLEAUT32.DLL files if proper versions are not already on your system.
The error occurs because, during the setup process, the OTP52AS.DLL
file requires a version of OLEAUT32.DLL that is newer than what comes
with Windows 95. Unfortunately, the old OLEAUT32.DLL is always locked
and thus can only be replaced after your system is restarted.
Replace the OLEAUT32.DLL by a newer one.
