Q: What is database status -11?
A: The Eloquence Image3K compatibility library
returns status -11 if the database id is invalid.
The database id is contained in the first two bytes of
a database name and is filled in by DBOPEN and reset by DBCLOSE.
The database id is considered invalid:
- The database was not opened
- The database has been closed
- The database name is not 16 bit aligned
