Which steps are necessary to make eloqd start automatically at boot
time on HP-UX 10.20.
In case you did not install Eloquence A.05.12 with 'swinstall' you
need to do some configuration manually.
All necessary files are delivered with your Eloquence Release. Take the
following steps to achive eloqd start at boot time:
- mkdir /etc/opt/eloquence /var/opt/eloquence
- cp /opt/eloquence/etc/* /etc/opt/eloquence
- cp /opt/eloquence/newconfig/startup/eloq.rc.hpux10 /etc/rc.config.d/eloquence
- cp /opt/eloquence/newconfig/startup/eloq.init.hpux10 /sbin/init.d/eloq
- ln -s /sbin/init.d/eloq /sbin/rc2.d/S900eloq
- ln -s /sbin/init.d/eloq /sbin/rc2.d/S900eloq
