Cognos Powerhouse fails with the error message
Eloquence is not installed on this machine.
Eloquence is installed and working.
Eloquence needs to be installed before Cognos PowerHouse.
If Eloquence is not available, PowerHouse installs a fallback
version of the image3k library. This causes this failure message.
To solve this problem you need to remove the
HowerHouse image3k fallback library. On Windows
this resides in the location
c:\program files\cognos\poowerhouse 8.41d..\image3k.dll
